The flotation machine is composed of a slurry tank, a stirring device, an aeration device, a mineralization bubble discharge device, and an electric motor. The flotation machines produced by our company have strong stirring power and can guarantee the density, especially for refractory and complex ores or high-grade concentrates, which can guarantee better stability indicators. It is widely used in the separation of non-ferrous metals, ferrous metals, and non-metallic minerals, and is suitable for roughing and sweeping operations in large and medium-sized flotation plants.

The motor drives the spindle through the V-belt and rotates the lower impeller. The main feature of this flotation machine is the performance of the impeller. The impeller is equipped with a reclining double-sided blade. It can achieve double circulation of slurry in the tank. When the impeller rotates, the slurry in the upper and lower impeller chambers is centrifugally forced by the upper and lower blades (ie, the main and auxiliary vanes) and is thrown around to form a negative pressure zone in the upper and lower impeller chambers. The slurry thrown out of the lower impeller chamber has a greater specific gravity than the three-phase mixture thrown by the upper blade, so the centrifugal force is increased, thereby increasing the degree of vacuum in the upper impeller and assisting in suction. When the lower blade throws the pulp around, the lower slurry is added to the center, so that the lower circulation of the slurry is formed. The air is sucked into the upper impeller chamber through the suction pipe and the central pipe, and is mixed with the inhaled ore slurry to form a large number of fine bubbles. After the plate is stabilized and flows, it is evenly compensated for in the tank to form mineralized bubbles. The mineralized gas bubble floats to the foam layer and is scraped off by a scraper, which is foam product.
