This production line is mainly composed of hot blast stove, dryer mainframe, conveyor, feeder, discharge device, induced draft fan, power distribution cabinet, dust collector equipment, control system and other accessories. Detailed technological process is as follows: the materials are turned under the large angle plate and into the material falls type. The internal and external moisture in the coal is rapidly evaporated and stripped into water vapor, and the water vapor is then extracted by the induced draft fan, so as to achieve the purpose of drying. After the heat exchange to complete the drying operation of the material into the discharge process, the tail gas of the production line through the multi-stage dust collector for subsequent processing.
