Working Principle

Gypsum is first shoved into the feeder, and then evenly sent to the belt conveyor by the feeder, and then into the dryer through the material guide tube, heat generated by the combustion of fuel in the heat conduction oil furnace under the action of heat transfer of heat conduction oil into the main engine and gypsum heat exchange contact, gypsum in the drying roller uniform copy plate flip. It is evenly dispersed and fully in contact with hot air to accelerate the heat transfer, mass transfer and evaporation of moisture in the drying of desulfurized gypsum. The gypsum dryer produced by our company is a sealed structure, which can reduce heat loss and improve thermal efficiency. The dried gypsum is discharged through a discharge hopper and transported to a designated location for storage. The upper part of the discharge hopper is the dust collecting process. After being treated by the dust collecting system, it can achieve the purpose of environmental protection.
