Desulfurized gypsum is first fed into the feeder, and then evenly sent to the belt conveyor by the feeder, and then into the dryer through the material guide tube, heat generated by the combustion of fuel in the heat conduction oil furnace enters the dryer to contact with the desulfurized gypsum for heat exchange. The desulfurized gypsum in the drying drum is evenly dispersed and fully in contact with hot air to accelerate the heat transfer under the action of plates inside the dryer cylinder, which rapids the mass transfer and evaporation of moisture in the drying of desulfurized gypsum. The desulphurized gypsum dryer produced by our company is a sealed structure, which can reduce the heat loss and improve the thermal efficiency. After drying, the desulfurized gypsum is discharged through the discharge hopper and transported to the designated place for storage. The upper part of the discharge hopper is the dust removing system. After being treated by the dust removal system, it can achieve the purpose of environmental protection.
