Mud and stone separator is mainly composed of box, box liner, disc, drive shaft, speed regulating motor, motor pedestal, chain sprocket, bracket and so on. The emergence of mud and stone separator has rapid separation and no need for water, which has a key effect in the processing and manufacturing of sand production line, stone production line and other processing technologies.
Because the equipment is equipped with a plate screen mechanism, in the screening process, no matter how sticky, wet and miscellaneous the material entering the separation screen, the screen will never be blocked by the relative motion of the screen machine and the screen body, thus improving the screening efficiency of the equipment.
The whole screening mechanism is designed in the sealed dust cover, which eliminates the dust flying in the screening process and improves the working environment.
During the operation of the equipment, the noise generated by the material and rotating screen is completely isolated by the sealed dust cover, so that the noise cannot be transferred to the outside of the equipment, thus reducing the noise of the equipment.
