Working Principle

The palm fiber dryer mainly consists of a hot air stove, a feed conveyor, a rotary drum dryer, a discharge conveyor, a dust collector, and a power distribution cabinet; the palm fibers enter the dryer .The materials are evenly dispersed and fully in touch with hot air, rapid heat and mass transfer, drying, and discharge at the discharge port of the cylinder.Fully considering the characteristics of palm fibers being flammable, easy to agglomerate, and wrapped in bran residue, a series of unique technologies and processes have been adopted to solve the problem, ensuring a good drying effect and cleanliness of palm fibers.
